- High Speed Internet Access - Cable or DSL – 1.5 – 3.0 Mbps Downstream, 384 – 512 Kbps
upstream- landline or cable
- Windows 2000 or newer (includes XP and VISTA)
- Internet Explorer 7.0 or newer
- Home phone line – must be landline, no digital service
- Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware software
- Valid email address
- Able to work a minimum of 28 hours per week
